John joined ClimeCo in 2022 as an ESG Reporting Manager. He is a veteran communications specialist and former journalist with over 20 years of experience providing counsel on media, investor relations, and ESG issues to various clients, from large public companies to smaller boutique firms.
Previously, John was the Director of Corporate Communications at Devon Energy, where he managed internal and external communications and helped develop and produce the company’s Sustainability Report. He has experience with Marathon Oil, managing media relations, and helping produce the company’s Sustainability Report.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Louisiana State University and has completed fellowships in Business and Finance at the University of Nevada-Reno and the National Press Foundation. John is located in New Orleans and loves to swim, read, and play golf in his free time.
