Kaitlyn serves on ClimeCo’s Commercial team, guiding product and sales strategy, and working with clients to create shared value and positive climate impact.
Kaitlyn joined ClimeCo after founding Global Affairs Associates (GAA) and serving as president and CEO for nearly a decade. In that role, she also co-founded the ESG Decoded Podcast and served as co-host from 2021 to 2024. As CEO, Kaitlyn grew Global Affairs Associates from a solo consulting practice into a well-respected boutique firm in Houston. A sought-after expert in her field, she has consulted on sustainability and ESG issues, including strategy, risk, communications, and transparency, for various industries, including oil and gas, drilling, construction, midstream, manufacturing, and apparel. As a sustainability-focused entrepreneur, Kaitlyn also founded MendIt, Inc., a digital marketplace tackling textile waste, which closed in 2025.
An alumna of Georgetown University (M.A. in Conflict Resolution/Government) and Trinity University (B.A. in International Relations), she brings a strong interdisciplinary approach to business strategy. She is especially interested in novel and regenerative business models.
Kaitlyn enjoys coaching other entrepreneurs and leaders, practicing Reiki, and spending time outdoors with her family.
