Kamayani is a sustainability advisor with over 10 years of experience in consulting, industry, and academia, helping global companies turn ESG ambition into execution. At ClimeCo, she leads disclosure services and advises on strategy, reporting, and assurance readiness across CSRD/ESRS, IFRS, SASB, TCFD, and GRI. Her work spans investor and stakeholder communications, double-materiality and climate-risk assessments, strategy development, target setting, and integration of sustainability KPIs into operations and financial decision-making. She has led sustainability reporting for multiple Fortune 500 companies, spearheaded ClimeCo’s Impact Report for two consecutive years, and helped scale the advisory team while building new service offerings.
Previously, Kamayani consulted on sustainability programs and reporting at Global Affairs Associates (acquired by ClimeCo), delivered sustainability advisory, assurance, and due diligence at Ernst & Young India, and managed clean-energy carbon projects. She holds an M.Sc. in Carbon Management (University of Edinburgh) and an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development (University of Delhi). Based in Chicago, Kamayani lives with her husband and their homebody pup, Zen. Outside of work, she enjoys city cycling, cooking, and reading.
