Erika Schiller, Senior Vice President of Project Development
Erika helps evolve our solutions for the hard–to–abate sector, including the expansion of industrial gas abatement to a broader customer base. Her focus is also be offering solutions in Carbon Capture Use and Storage (CCUS), hydrogen markets, and developing insetting services to help our customers enable and monetize direct supply-chain emissions reductions.
Arlie Sterling, President of Marsoft
Arlie Sterling is President and co-founder of Marsoft Incorporated and serves on the board of the Blue Sky Maritime Coalition. The Blue Sky Maritime Coalition is dedicated to accelerating the pace of decarbonization of the North American maritime industry. Arlie was elected as a Member of the American Bureau of Shipping in 2022. Sterling has lectured at the university level on the dynamics of the shipping markets and investment and chartering decisions under uncertainty. He advises shipowners, investors and financial institutions regarding the development and execution of effective investment, chartering and risk management strategies.
