Brendan Ederle has joined ClimeCo as the new Chief Financial Officer, based in Houston. A former military officer turned investment banking and infrastructure executive, Brendan’s background in high-stakes financial strategy, capital allocation, and operational efficiency uniquely positions him to support ClimeCo’s ambitious growth goals. As CFO, he will play a central role in strengthening financial discipline, scaling global operations, and unlocking opportunities for long‑term value, helping to ensure ClimeCo expands its reach and does so sustainably and strategically.
Emma Cox joined ClimeCo in 2023 and was recently appointed Chief Commercial Officer after serving as Executive Vice President, Commercial. As a key architect in developing ClimeCo’s Commercial team, Cox has been a catalyst for growth, leading the company’s sales, marketing, and brand evolution. In her elevated role, Cox will drive the expansion of global market opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, elevate ClimeCo’s brand, and identify strategic opportunities to accelerate ClimeCo’s impact and reach.
Brendan and Emma’s appointments follow the 2024 leadership appointment of Emily Damon to Chief Growth Officer after serving as Senior Vice President, Sustainability Advisory. Her elevation marked a pivotal step in advancing ClimeCo’s long-term strategic vision. Since then, Emily has continued to drive innovation and scalable growth, particularly through her leadership in developing insetting solutions and expanding the company’s sustainability offerings.
