Daniela Grava

Daniela leads strategic communications to elevate ClimeCo’s brand presence and strengthen sales enablement. She brings deep expertise in sustainability and social impact storytelling, with experience in ESG strategy, reporting, and navigating a rapidly evolving industry landscape. Daniela has supported organizations of all sizes in crafting purpose-driven narratives that expand share of voice and drive meaningful brand impact. Her work integrates strategic thinking with a passion for translating complex sustainability topics into compelling, actionable stories.

Before joining ClimeCo, Daniela was an Account Manager in the Impact & Sustainability practice at MSLGROUP, where she supported Procter & Gamble and several of its brands in advancing environmental sustainability, social impact, DEI, and purpose initiatives aligned with the company’s 2030 goals. Prior to that, she rose to the position of Account Manager at Edelman, leading sustainability and social impact communications for TAZO tea (formerly under Unilever). Her work helped build TAZO’s equity in environmental justice and regenerative agriculture, supporting the brand’s transition to a regenerative organic business model.

Daniela holds a B.S. in Journalism and Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and lives in Southern California. In addition to contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future, she is passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures, cuisines, and languages (she speaks four). Her pastimes include trying new restaurants, going to concerts, watching indie films, drinking matcha tea, and reading memoirs.
