As Director of Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy, Danielle brings a strategic, data-driven, and creative approach to building an integrated digital and brand ecosystem that expands market reach, strengthens brand equity, and drives business growth. With over seven years at ClimeCo, she is a trusted strategic partner who aligns cross-functional teams, influences stakeholders, and translates complex sustainability solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
In her role, Danielle bridges strategy and execution, overseeing ClimeCo’s digital ecosystem across web, search, content design, social, email, video, and emerging channels to drive brand awareness, demand generation, engagement, and customer experience. She also leads the growth and commercialization of ESG Decoded, ClimeCo’s flagship podcast, expanding its reach through innovative content and audience strategies.
Dani is known for her collaborative leadership and ability to guide alignment and change across teams, supporting ClimeCo’s continued growth and transformation. She is also a ClimeCo IGNITE Mentor, where she supports emerging professionals through guidance, career development, and knowledge sharing.
Her work focuses on elevating brand relevance, strengthening digital performance, and positioning ClimeCo at the forefront of the evolving climate landscape. She is passionate about using storytelling, data, and digital innovation to accelerate climate solutions and business impact.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, with minors in both Advertising and Design from Kutztown University.
Outside of work, Dani’s happy place is attending concerts, especially visiting “bucket list” venues to see her favorite artists across genres. She regularly participates in indoor cycling, weightlifting, hiking, and biking along scenic trails. Dani is an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoys attending games year-round to cheer them on… GO BIRDS.
