With over ten years of experience in decarbonization, cement, and concrete industry applications, Disan has participated in innovating new low-carbon process technologies. His extensive background in sustainable construction materials technologies perfectly complements his role at ClimeCo, where he manages the implementation of carbon offset projects in hard-to-abate sectors, such as cement.
Before joining the team, Disan led several R&D and pilot programs to commercialize sustainable residential and commercial concrete manufacturing products in North America.
Disan earned his Master of Engineering Management and Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, majoring in Concrete Industry Management, from New Jersey Institute of Technology, NJ. During this time, he was awarded second place in the American Concrete Institute (ACI) – Art of Concrete Competition and awarded second place.
In his free time, he enjoys art, music, planning events, and visiting the beach with his family.
