Jacqueline leads ClimeCo’s recruitment and development efforts to grow our talented team. She holds a wide range of experience in Talent Acquisition and Development, including Diversity and Inclusion training, learning and development initiatives and programs, and recruiting operations.
Before ClimeCo, Jacqueline recruited and sourced for various roles in the Technology and Education sectors. She is passionate about providing excellent experiences for all candidates, developing others, and assisting with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Her favorite aspect of talent acquisition and recruiting is the ability to “connect great people with amazing opportunities!”
Jacqueline received her BA in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University. Based in Lexington, South Carolina, she enjoys going to comedy shows, watching her son play sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
