Michael serves as a Director of Software Development and Solution Architecture, combining his extensive experience in technology and software development with his passion for the environment and sustainability. He first ventured into the carbon credit space with AgCert in 2003, where he architected and led development for the EnviroCert emission reduction platform, co-authoring two patents for emission calculation, registration, and control innovations. Within ClimeCo’s IT Division, Michael focuses on planning, developing, and integrating software solutions from internal operations to our B2B platforms to consumer-facing tech.
As a lifelong creative entrepreneur, Michael has led a diversified career to date and has held leadership roles with startups and established organizations – industry verticals he’s covered include Environmental Services, Online Commerce, Medical Physics, Online Education, Hospitality, and Tech Consulting Services. With talents ranging from creative design to development to large-scale system architecture, he is a diverse technologist who truly enjoys combining creative problem-solving with innovative solutions.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University. He enjoys family time, watching sports, hiking, music, surfing, basketball, and golf.
