Michelle serves as VP, Human Resources. Dedicated to efficiency, she directs HR efforts with the overall goal of organizational development and people management. She partners with staff and leadership to promote a safe, healthy, diverse, and effective workforce. Before joining ClimeCo, Michelle worked at a nonprofit protecting civil rights and liberties. She brings over twelve years of HR and operations experience from the nonprofit and higher education industries.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Business Management from the University of Saint Joseph. Additionally, she has a Society for Human Resource Management Certification (SHRM-CP). She lives with her family in the NYC metro area. Michelle enjoys visiting historical sites, hiking, camping, and running.
