Sheila helps organizations turn complex climate data into credible, actionable decarbonization strategies. She brings 15+ years of experience in carbon management, greenhouse gas accounting, and sustainability-related digital transformation. Her career spans the field’s evolution from early carbon accounting tools and voluntary disclosure to today’s regulatory-driven, enterprise-scale reporting and decarbonization platforms. Sheila’s mission is to simplify ESG data collection, verification, and disclosure so organizations can shift their energy from reporting to real emissions reductions, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Sheila has worked across sustainability consulting and enterprise ESG software. She has designed Scope 3 quantification and carbon management frameworks for Fortune 100 clients and led environmental data system implementations from requirements through adoption. She has also shaped global product strategy for sustainability platforms covering climate risk, Scope 1–3 emissions, data automation, life cycle assessment, and integrated reporting. That work has been aligned with frameworks including CSRD, SEC climate rules, IFRS/ISSB, TCFD, CBAM, EU Taxonomy, and CDP. Her accomplishments include a program that delivered out-of-the-box Scope 3 calculations to shorten clients’ time to value and an integrated financial reporting solution named Energy & Environment’s Product of the Year. Her expertise also includes CDP and mandatory climate disclosure, assurance-ready methods, carbon offset origination, and integrating AI and analytics into sustainability workflows.
She is pursuing a master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Temple University. She has been GHG Management Institute and ISO 14064 certified since 2010 and holds GRI and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications. She also completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Social Impact Strategy Executive Program and earned a B.S. in Economics from Penn State.
