ClimeCo is proud to participate in the AIM Association Test Pilot Program launched by the Advanced and Indirect Mitigation (AIM) Platform. This innovative and first-of-its-kind initiative aims to tackle a significant barrier in Scope 3 climate action by allowing organizations to connect impactful decarbonization initiatives with their value chains.
Our Involvement
ClimeCo is one of over 20 pilot testers, among which are companies representing consumer goods, technology, finance, logistics, energy, and industrial sectors. ClimeCo’s decision to join this pilot program on behalf of our clients stems from our ongoing commitment to tracking and implementing effective decarbonization tools, including insetting. We recognize the critical importance of addressing Scope 3 emissions and saw a prime opportunity to contribute our expertise to this challenge.

Helping to Solve for a Complex Scope 3 Landscape
Currently, identifying and matching high-quality decarbonization projects within a company’s value chain is a time-intensive, mostly manual process. As part of the pilot program, ClimeCo is exploring the efficiencies in leveraging this tool to help our clients reduce supply chain emissions. The tool allows us to focus on strategically enabling flexible financing while maintaining the highest standards of integrity for our clients.
Collaboration and Progress
Since the program’s kickoff in January, ClimeCo has been actively involved in monthly meetings with other participating brands. Our team has been diligently reviewing and providing feedback on the guidance documents, contributing our unique insights alongside those of other pilot testers.
